Hay for horses – buckwheat hulls for humans!

What…is this a new health hype? No – you don’t need to eat buckwheat husks, you just need to sleep on it!

I may be weird, but I’m not crazy.

Buckwheat hulls, also known as Sobakawa hulls or Sobagara hulls, have been used in pillows in the East for hundreds of years for health and relaxation techniques.

And believe it or not, buckwheat pillow is used by many healthcare professionals to treat neck pain, back pain, headaches, muscle tension, and other physical conditions.

Three main reasons for choosing a buckwheat pillow are:

1. They conform to delicate necklines – where support is needed

2. It has insulating properties – cool in summer and warm in winter

3. It is environmentally friendly

One chiropractor said that the buckwheat pillow helped restore the natural curvature of the neck in a shorter period of time than his chiropractic treatments.

HOT PILLOW – So you flip it? The buckwheat pillow fixes this with its insulating properties. Keeps you cool when it’s hot, and warm when it’s cold.

It is organic and most of it is made organically – with no petroleum based products used in the manufacturing process.

Buckwheat pillows are also used by yoga lovers. Some people use them in their cars to combat neck syndrome when traveling long distances.

It seems everyone should try at least one. You may find a cure for the aches and pains that have plagued you for a long time.

You can find different sizes of pillows – regular and size.

I hope this information has been useful. I personally know what back and neck pain is like and I’m sure any of you who have experienced the same thing would agree when I say that when you find relief – it’s like living again!

Please note that cheap buckwheat hull pillowcase may irritate your allergy, because cheap buckwheat pillowcase manufacturers use broken bodies, parts and pieces which causes the buckwheat flour residue to seep through the fabric

In a good quality buckwheat pad, the hulls are organically grown, milled and carefully cleaned in a special way that removes 99% of fine particles, dust and flour.

So, make sure you get one from a reputable local manufacturer because the imported buckwheat pillows are made from hulls that require chemical fumigation when they enter the country.

Happy hunting…..and….. sweet dreams!
